2020 Exclusive Vacation package Members Additional Rules/Regulations

I will be acknowledging on my registration form that I have come to this page, read and accepted the additional Exclusive Vacation package Member rules.

Because of the pandemic situation all members must follow the health & safety guidelines set out by the government. In addition the pool user groups will also need to follow very strict rules. Anyone not thinking they can go by these rules should not register for vacation exclusive packages. Any member not adhering to all rules and regulations will be suspended immediately for the duration of that day and for the NEXT day in their package. The piscine de roxboro reserves the right to immediately suspend a user group permanently as we will be taking into consideration the safety of its user. 

Vacation package members are there to cool down with a swim , enjoy their time and immediately vacate. One user group cannot enter into any other groups designated exclusive area.

1. All members of user groups must be contributing to the harmonious atmosphere in the grounds and outside of the grounds. 

2. There are no refunds whatsoever. Mother nature takes her course and we all have to follow with this. As mentioned there will be no refunds to your donations designated for your vacation package for any reason.

3. You must change at home and come in bathing suit to the pool the changing rooms will be closed. ONLY one bag per USER group allowed on the premises. All must be in the bag and kept at the groups exclusive designated area. NO food or juice boxes are allowed but you can bring a water bottle.

4. You arrive to the pool, check in & you will be advised of your exclusive venue. It will be the same area each day of the booked vacation week. 

5. You must apply sunscreen on at home so that when you arrive at the pool you will have your mandatory shower. If you do not want to have a shower please do not sign up for a vacation package.

6. You then proceed to your exclusive designated area on the grounds and in the pool. 

7. Someone in your group must know how to swim. That person must accompany any other person in your group that cannot swim into the water. You only have an hour and half ( 4 hours on weekends) to be in the water to cool down, We suggest you focus on that . It is not a time for socializing but a time for you and any group members ( to a maximum of 4) to enjoy the water.

8. If you are unable to attend one of your vacation package dates you will be allowed to sell or give  it to someone you know. They will need to sign the rules when they come in your place and you are responsible to go over the rules with them. 

9. As mentioned, only 8 USERs ( USER consists of one to a maximum of 4 living in the same household). Will be allowed on the grounds. No other users of any kind will be allowed on the grounds. This is how we can adhere to safe distancing requirements as well as health and safety guidelines. 

10. Canteen purchases will be allowed again at a certain scheduled 10 minute duration time for you or your group. All purchases must be pre-paid via credit card . NO CASH at all will be accepted. We will send you a link to pre-purchase early in July.

11. All Users must enter and exit the grounds within their designated booked time. A schedule will be sent to stagger the entry but with only 8 User groups and social distancing in the parking area we should be okay with this. 

12. If you are asked to leave the grounds for any reason, you must do so immediately without question. Our workers are working hard to make sure everyone has a good time and are not security guards. As such if you are asked to leave you must do so immediately without comment. We will  have the pool supervisor call you at the number provided on your registration within 24 hours. 

12. Additional rules will be added as required and become apparent with these changing times.

We feel that we can provide a great opportunity for 8 user groups to come into the pool for a vacation swim time. Unfortunately it will not be for socializing, but for time for the user to enjoy a swim for an hour and a half. Most pools are offering 45 min to 1 hour swims to try and get people cooled down. We have decided that this is the course we will go with to save on administrative contact and still providing a great time for the user group.
